"Power Releasing Hands"
Completely
surrender
your
body and mind
to the ultimate indulgence.
But is it the ultimate indulgence?

Or the missing component from your stress management strategy?

You decide.

We all know how busy and hectic life in the Los Angeles, California area can sometimes be.  The traffic gridlocks alone are the second worse in the country.

Most of us recognize the classic signs of stress.  You get a headache, stiff neck, nagging backache, rapid heart palpitations, sweaty palms or an upset stomach.  You easily become irritable or intolerant of minor disturbances.

You've also come to realize, there is no way that you can completely rid your life of stress.  Especially if you live in the Los Angeles, California area, stress is NOT going away. You are going to have to have a game plan to combat stress.

Massage can be your best ally in the battle to manage stress.

Hello.  I'm Molly Burke.  With 20 years of massage therapy experience and hundreds of client sessions under my belt, I understand the effects that stress has on our bodies.  My own first massage became a healing revelation for me.  I vowed to one
day make everyone feel as good as I felt on my first massage.

In this respect, not only is every client massage specialized, but every session
is as unique as the individual receiving it.  Everything from the background
music to the oils and lotions becomes a part of your unique massage session.  Everything about your massage is unique including my approach.

My primary goal is to relax tense muscles to improve circulation and mobility.

My secondary goal is I "listen" to the body.  Muscle response     communicates a world of information that I can use to work with the body.
Since then my expertise has taught me to approach every massage therapy session with two important goals.
What makes my approach to massage unique?

I use massage as a tool towards Integrative Care meaning that I am most concerned about restoring balance.  Not only in our bodies, but also in our lives.
Can everyone receive a massage?

Yes, everyone can receive a massage. In my 30 years of practice, I have become a master at modifying the massage based on medical contra-indications and age.  Allow me to modify it just for you.

So why allow stress to continue to run rampant in your life, body, and mind?

Make a promise to yourself that you will begin to manage stress with a massage.

As my tagline says, "Power Releasing Hands."  Peace is just a spa session away. It really is.  Call today.
"I am a 'massage traditionalist'--my term--
schooled in viewing every massage session as an integrative experience."
